Sevamritam

Sevamritam is the seva (volunteer service) management app of Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Students and staff use it to see their seva slots, mark attendance and follow event announcements; coordinators use it to plan events and place volunteers.

Common questions

How do I sign in?

Enter the email address, mobile number, roll number or staff code on your university record, then tap "Sign in with a one-time code". A code is sent to your email or phone. You can also set a password under Settings (the gear icon) and sign in with it.

I don't get the one-time code, or my details aren't found.

Accounts come from the university's student and staff records. Check your spam folder, then ask your department or seva coordinator to confirm your email and mobile number, or write to us.

I can't see my seva or slot.

Your seva coordinator places you on slots. Pull down on My events to refresh; if it's still missing, contact your coordinator.

How is my attendance marked?

Students open their slot and tap "Show my QR" for the staff member to scan. Staff tap "I'm here" when they arrive, and can mark students by hand from the Roster. Marks made without a connection are sent once you are back online.

Where are my certificates?

Open the event and go to Certificates. They appear once the event's coordinators have issued them.

How do I report a photo or ask for my data to be deleted?

Tell your event coordinator, who can hide or remove a photo, or write to us at the address above. To access or delete your information, see our privacy policy.
